It is always difficult to set a price for a service that has such a considerable degree of variation. So, we offer the following basic rates to give you a general idea of what to expect. Estimates for cleaning are always free with no obligation. While we have no hidden charges, any additional work requested or recommended must always be approved by the customer prior to any work being done.

	COMMERCIAL - Ranging from 20¢ to 30¢ per square foot
	RESIDENTIAL - Ranging from 38¢ per square foot to 50¢ per square foot
	Minimum Service Call $175.00
	UPHOLSTERY - Ranging from $25 to $35 per linear foot
	CARPET PROTECTION - Starting 15¢ per square foot
	UPHOLSTERY PROTECTION - $15 to $20 per linear foot depending on size and fabric type
	URINE TREATMENT / ODOR REMOVAL - starting at $45 for spot treatment; pricing depends on severtiy of issueand required treatment thereof.
	DISCOUNTS FOR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
